What I liked

I learned so much and was integrated as part of the team. I will say I now feel ahead compared to my peers when it comes to real estate knowledge and I am now doing incredibly well in my interviews. The work was great and I was part of a small team where I could get all my questions answered.

What I wish was different

I wanted a bit more structure in the work I was given and the pay could have been better.

What I liked

I loved the people who I got to work with - the company had a great culture of camaraderie and energy - and everyone was a great resource to learn more about the industry and how to do best in my position. I gained some great experience creating pitch books and investment models. I learned an immense amount about the hospitality industry, sound investment strategies in this industry, and about real estate financial modeling.
