What I wish was different
When I was there, the company was severely understaffed - allowing me to learn a ton! So, not a bad thing. But, my coworkers which were full-time were very stressed out due to their hard efforts.
Advice
If you get hired, go in with the attitude of learning and helping as much as you can; they will love you. Looking for 'rock-star' technicians.
