What I liked
The work environment was fast paced and productive. I had the opportunity to work on projects that provided a benefit to the company, and helped me develop my own hard and soft skills/ knowledge. Rodan + Fields is a socially responsible company, is open to change and improvement, and gives recognition to employees. The opportunity within the company is plentiful, and the people are very friendly.
