I like that Rogers Motors gives me a job whenever I need it. I worked for them in the summer of 2018 between high school graduation and the beginning of college fall term. They also employed me during Christmas break and had me back for the summer of 2019. They are flexible and work with my schedule employing me whenever I need a job.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had been given more responsibilities. The more I worked there the more projects they would give me but I often felt like I could do more.
Advice
Work really hard because now I have a job I can return to when I have extra time and people who will give high references for me when I graduate and apply for jobs in my degree field.
