Team leads and coworkers were generally friendly and wanted to help everyone to succeed.
What I wish was different
Definitely not an interesting or fulfilling place to work. You sit at a computer and do the same thing every single day.
This could be a pro or con, but the workplace felt overly casual. There was technically a dress code but it was never enforced.
Upper management only cares about stats, not individual people.
During less busy seasons, you can't get full time hours. There just isn't enough to do.
