Advice
If a student at the University of Oregon where to participate in this internship, the only qualifications that I think they would need is the following: A strong work ethic, a passion for forestry and wood products, not afraid to get dirty, and the ability to thrive with a variety of different people and environments. I spent weeks wearing work boots and analyzing and participating in production processes, to wearing slacks and dress shoes and engaging in sales forecasting meetings.
