What I liked

The program is really hands-on and informative for interns. There are weekly intern events and an intern field trip at the end of the internship.

What I wish was different

Nothing. It was all around a great experience. Much more than I anticipated.

Advice

This is a full-time job so be prepared to work 9-5 Mon-Friday.

What I liked

I really enjoyed the people I was working with. The team that I was placed under was very helpful and was happy to teach me everything they knew.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have had more time to go into the office. At the beginning of my internship, I was still taking classes so I was only available to go into the office two days a week. During my summer I worked there full time and was able to work on my own projects.

Advice

I think it is important especially in that work environment to always listen to what other people are working on. A lot of the employees sit at their computer all day with headphones in but as an Intern, I was eager to learn. I learn a lot more by listening to what other team members were working on and they would let me come to their meetings because they saw I was interested in what they were working on.

What I liked

Got to work on multiple different campaigns at the same time, very fast paced, everyone there is really friendly (especially compared to typical ad agency environments) , learned a lot about what it takes to make an ad campaign happen and perform well Also the Internship Program HR team does a FANTASTIC job at hosting intern events and making sure you really get to interact with other interns.
