I liked that it was a summer job, that allowed me to be home at a relatively decent time so I could have some free time over the summer.
What I wish was different
I wish that they would have assigned me more junior counselors, as I did not receive enough help as a head counselor and was not paid adequate for the job I performed.
Advice
It takes a lot of time and effort, so if one wants to obtain this job they need to be willing to work hard and be able to manage stressful situations well.
