The grant writer Bill is great to work with! He's patient and is very easy to communicate with. Minimum supervision but he's always available if you have questions.
What I wish was different
I wish I was given more responsibilities but that was only because summer was a busy time at Ryther and he didn't have much time to work out more things for me to do. But overall I still had a decent amount of work and learned a lot.
Advice
You would need to be on top of your things and take initiatives if you want more tasks and responsibilities.
