It is a lot of costumer service so have patience and don’t take anything personal, it’ll make the job a lot more enjoyable.

I wish i was able to advance in the company because i felt as if my skills were not being used as best as they could

Don't settle for less. The people i work with are double, triple my age. Some of them are literally old enough to be my grandparents. Being on of the youngest people working there I see how important it is to take your early 20's seriously. When you decide to "take it easy" and slack off it compounds over time, and the price you pay is the life you live.

It’s a nice place to work. Lots of positions to work in case you don’t like the one you’ve been hired for. Some holidays off and it’s not stressful at all.
