What I liked

I like how everyone was so welcoming. It has a healthy environment to work at.

What I wish was different

When they got the machine that scan temperature automatically they let me go that same day. The worse part was the, texting me this. I wish I would have had the chance to go back the next day and say back to everyone.

Advice

It is a great company to work for but the hiring process is a bit difficult.

Conservation Intern

November 2019 - September 2020 • San Antonio, TX

What I liked

The staff is professional, kind, helpfull, supportive, flexible work schedule and learning about their conservation programs

What I wish was different

I honestly cannot think of anything g that could have been different. Once I reached my max hours as an intern, I was kept on as a temporary employee. I had to go through the agency they use. This may not always be the case. I was very fortunate to be kept on as a temp while I continue my schooling. As of right now, I will be there through the end of 2020.

Advice

Be as proactive as you can to learn and show enthusiasm to learn.
