“The thing I loved about working in the Math Lab was the family atmosphere we had. The tutors really enjoyed their jobs and I learned so much watching them tutor and applied that knowledge to the students that I tutored in Statistics. It was a pleasure to see the smiles on the faces of students that felt they were stuck on any given topic and realized that with proper guidance, it was not that hard at all. I was told many times by students, that they were about to drop the class, but I gave them hope. It was a great feeling to see that I was a reason that stopped students from quitting.”
