What I liked
My team is really great! I can tell everyone really cares about your success. Even though this is a big company, upper management knows your name and takes the time to talk and listen to you. Sargent is a great place to start your career, gain experience, grow your skills, and climb the ladder within a unique and exciting field.
What I wish was different
7 am start time is an adjustment coming out of college, but isn't bad once you get used to it!
