The School District of New Berlin is a dynamic district dedicated to academic excellence. We are located in southeastern Wisconsin in Waukesha County approximately 20 miles from downtown Milwaukee. We currently serve approximately 4700 students with 4 elementary (K-6) schools and 2 middle/high (7-12) schools. Our schools are staffed by highly qualified, talented employees. Our mission is to empower, inspire and support students in acquiring the knowledge, skills and dispositions to establish goals for their future and develop plans to achieve them. Our vision will prepare all students to succeed in a diverse, change-oriented, global society by fostering a learning environment in which our public schools, families, post-secondary partners, public officials, businesses, community organizations and other citizens work collaboratively.
As a condition of employment with the School District of New Berlin, the following items will be required: physical, TB test, and negative screen for illegal drugs.
