What I liked
I absolutely loved working with Science for Georgia. My favorite part of the experience was getting to know all of the wonderful people working and volunteering with the organization. I got to work as a part of a team of four interns, and we all had a lot of creative freedom to choose our projects and how we wanted to accomplish our goals.
What I wish was different
My internship was virtual due to COVID-19, which was a bummer. It was absolutely the right decision, but I would have loved to see everyone in person.
Advice
Apply! Make sure you're ready to laugh and have fun, no matter what internship you're applying for.
