I liked volunteering in the mind matters exhibit. It helped me understand the importane of mental health and how the destigmatization of people who have mental illnesses is very important.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have engaged with more adults and their experiences. I mostly interacted with kids.

Going in with an open mind will allow you to immerse yourself in the experience.
