The environment was supportive, welcoming and everyone was willing to help. I enjoyed learning how to manage large diverse groups and the financial aspect. I also loved working outside.
What I wish was different
Nothing, it was amazing.
Advice
Apply early, and work at the beach club. I had such a great summer.
