Very flexible work schedule and fun work environment! The people are very nice.
What I wish was different
Can be a bit slow at times and organization is a bit messy but is in the process of being fixed.
Advice
Small agencies will teach you so much! I learned so much that I did not expect to learn at Seiden and I am still learning things that I never thought i'd end up doing. I definitely set my heart on a big agency and was a bit discouraged when I was hired at a smaller agency, but I do not regret it at all.
