Our History :
Formed in 1987, Steve Gaughan and Roger Cox knew from their management experience in the wood products industry that manufacturing companies need well-trained, reliable employees on a less than permanent basis at a reasonable cost.
Work can be rewarding when people have jobs that make good use of their skills and abilities. Steve and Roger’s vision was to make people happy by matching them with jobs they enjoy. In turn, employers succeed when they have access to reliable contract employees who are well qualified for job opportunities.
Our company spends an extraordinary amount of time in the interview process. Well-informed matches are our specialty. This approach makes everyone happy – us, job seekers and employers.
