I was able to stuff that I had never done before in class, shadow the different departments within marketing, and learn a lot of valuable skills.
What I wish was different
I wish it would have been a little longer, it was a little over 2 months but I made friends and learned so much.
Advice
Talk to people in all departments - not just those in the same as you. This gave me such valuable experience in marketing but also made me realize a lot of other things I liked and I really got to emerge myself in all areas. Also, CEO's and managers aren't all scary I made incredible connections here.
