What I liked

This company is excellent to work for, especially if you have a large interest and passion for helping others. There are many clients available and many hours available to work. Every client has a different care plan, and the positive thing about that is that you gain different experiences and learn from different perspectives. This company has connected with clients of all backgrounds and has given me valuable experiences at many levels.

What I wish was different

Honestly, I wouldn't change anything about my experience in this company. This company has given me the opportunity to learn more about community home-based care. I have gained more insight into public health services and programs, many of which correlate with my current courses.

Advice

Be open to learning and attentive to the needs of the clients. If you are very attentive you will be able to understand the situation in which the clients are in and will be able to provide better high-quality services.
