What I liked
Everyone there was nice and resourceful. The work flow was choppy at times due to inclement weather, but I can not blame that on them. The office is climate controlled and clean. Great location if you use public transportation to get to work.
What I wish was different
Advice
Take a few hours of your shift to go through the file directory and look at the past projects SEPTA has done when you start. It may not be required but you will be able to develop a good sense of the work SEPTA takes on.
