I really enjoy meeting the patients and providing a sense of normalcy and friendship
What I wish was different
Staff did not communicate much with me other than through texts. When working in a volunteer world and offering personal contact to terminal patients, it strikes me as odd tha the coordinator only uses texts and not personal phone calls
Advice
Some things are more important in a careeer choice than money, remeber that giving back and serving a purpose are more fulfilling than a large check.
