Scheduling is very flexible. If you want to take a family vacation, work another job, etc., you are almost 100 percent guaranteed to get the time off (as long as you request it off about 2 weeks in advance). If you're a good worker, you are likely to get hours close to resembling a full-time job.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more workers who were self-motivated and team players. There are a few who will do all the everyday tasks without having to be asked and help out their coworkers when they're not busy doing anything else; however, with about 60 staff members, a few is not a lot
Advice
Don't slack off just because everyone else is. Work hard and don't be a jerk.
