I liked the interactions I was able to have with kids - it helped me realize that I'm in the right major at school.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to work with more mature coworkers - most of them were still in high school and had no real understanding of what it means to have a job...
Advice
I would say that you need to pick your battles when it comes to determining what's important and what isn't.
