I liked my team at shake shack and the flexibility. My team was very supportive and made the work environment enjoyable. I also had flexibility with my schedule just as long as I updated it 2 weeks prior.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more initiative on certain managers behalf when it came to how certain employees treated others. I wish the managers could help out more when you needed shift coverage.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share about my experience is to not let other people's attitude affect yours. In customer service you deal with a lot of people both rude and impatient. Hold your ground, be graceful and don't let their negativity affect you.
