What I wish was different
A little bit more structure to the internship would have been helpful.
Advice
Come into an internship with SharkNinja with some idea of what you want to get out of the experience and don't be shy about asking to work on that. Since there is flexibility, you have to provide the structure and advocate for yourself to ensure that you're getting the most out of your experience!
