Shodair was very flexible with schedule and was able to work around classes. It was also very rewarding getting to work directly with the kids.

The hours can be a little tough, but management is very flexible as far as trading shifts and scheduling changes.
Advice
This job is very chaotic, and can be stressful. If you go in with an open mind and can maintain your composure, this is a great job for you.

I love working at shodair. I feel consistently supported in my work and have created great bonds with my coworkers. I feel that I have made an impact. They were able to work with me to get internship credit in partnership with my work.

Make sure that you are serious about this experience this is not a job you can just show up and coast through you must be driven and able to work well on a team as well as be self motivated.
