What I liked

I truly learned a lot about management (time and project), delegation, educational delivery and developmental planning. This experience was great for my first internship and I appreciate the opportunity to learn.

What I wish was different

More hands on experience with execution (COVID). It is ideal if you have a RELIABLE device to interact on, being that the work is both collaborative and independent.

Advice

In finishing this internship, some attributes that will assist in making the process run a little smoother and manageable would be to take initiative, remain organized throughout the entirety of the internship, be innovative with your concepts and execution and find a way to apply what you're learning in this experience to your real life, day-to-day.

What I liked

I liked that personal creativity was needed, there was a lot of room for growth and new ideas. This internship was very innovative and creative which was my favorite part. Also travel and learning opportunities, although disrupted by covid.

What I wish was different

Everything was good. One thing is having a smooth operating phone for social media posting would be ideal. Dealing with an android , the loading times for large file sizes took a lot longer, than an Iphone would.

Advice

I would definitely recommend having a device such as an i phone or i pad that has a lot of storage, and fast connectivity when it comes to downloading videos and large file sizes.

What I liked

I loved operating the Show and Heal social media page, helping to fight against social injustices, and learning a lot about cultures. My favorite part was collecting data and listening to peoples interviews through the journalist role.
