Creating something from the ground up is something I enjoy. Watching this company grow from 10 to nearly 40 employees over the course of a year was pretty crazy. I learned more about the real estate industry working here than I did in any of my classes. The work environment is 10/10. My voice has been continuously heard and I actually feel like I am contributing to the growth of the company.
What I wish was different
Obviously I would have liked to have gotten paid more. Really that's the only thing I wish was different.
Advice
The real estate technology industry is very behind in times. Although this is a start-up, the potential is top tier. Do not be concerned about pay. This will be a Fortune 500 company within the next few years.

What I wish was different
This company is a small startup, they seem to have no real experience in the industry to allow them to offer experience to interns. It seems they are just using unpaid interns for “free labor”. Didn’t seem honest, and doesn’t seem to benefit anyone.
Advice
I would recommend not applying for this internship. There is no experience here to be gained, they just want free labor and won’t really help you.
