I liked the company and its location and employees. I especially enjoyed the work material given to me for increasing my business education. Being involved in the development and property management sides have greatly impacted my knowledge in the industry. Meeting new people with different professions has also influenced my background characteristics.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have taken an initiative on getting to know more on how rental properties are managed by the company website and to see more of the incoming developments.
Advice
Take all departments into account for it shall strengthen the role you are currently in now. Use your employees to network great advantages.
