What I liked
I really enjoyed the people at Siemens and the internship program. Everyone was super helpful and the interns were given lots of opportunities to connect with one another and to connect with/learn from managers and executives within the company. Interns were given ample learning experience and were involved with meaningful and sometimes self-guided projects and work. I learned a lot over a short summer and had such an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that the experience had been more team-oriented and not as individually based.
Advice
Ask plenty of questions and always be open to advice and learning from those who offer it.

I would have liked to have been given more work to do at some points during the internship.
Advice
Siemens is a great company to work for and can provide a great experience for many different majors looking for a tech internship.
