What I liked
Loved the people I worked with and that I was assigned multiple tasks. I liked that I was incorporated in the monthly tasks and meetings that the main accountants were apart of to get a good understanding of cost accounting. I was able to work with multiple people at different tasks and to get the day to day feeling of a manufacturing accountant.
What I wish was different
I wished I was able to work some tasks in different departments like in marketing and HR.
Advice
Ask a lot of question to better understand what you are doing and don't be afraid to ask for more work in certain areas you are more interested in.

The other employees were very friendly, and what I needed to do was clearly stated.

I wish that the supervisors had cared a little more about the employees below them.
Advice
Work hard, and get paid well. You can complain if you'd like, but that's not going to get you anywhere.
