What I liked
The amount of information and experience I got from this internship was more than I could of imagined. The team I worked on was amazing and my superiors were extremely helpful in making sure I learn things about the business. I really enjoyed the internship and mostly due to the fact of my supervisors as they were patient with me but would put effort in my growth and development in the I/O psychology world. They are still mentors to me and I would like to work with them after my masters program is complete in 2 years.
What I wish was different
Advice
Try your best and take charge in your learning. The people at the company know everything is new to you so just don’t be afraid to ask questions. Make sure you are responsible and go above and beyond completing daily tasks.
