I liked working for a small company like Simfoni because it gave me a lot of hands-on experience, and gave me the opportunity to work on many different projects.

Advice
Organization is extremely important, and having a consistent method for naming documents and tracking things in spreadsheets is very helpful in maintaining deadlines.
