What I liked
I love the laid back atmosphere of the job. They are very understanding of individual needs. I seldom witness conflict among the staff. Managers are always very respectful and helpful, but give you space to do your work as you deem fit. Production quotas are very reasonable, and if you fail to meet them, there is alway next week, however, once you get the hang of things, it's seldom an issue to begin with.
