I wish I had been trained better so I was more confident directing my first camp.
Advice
Write a full schedule everyday in advance. Also talk to the kids with assertiveness right off the bat to establish rules for the rest of the week.

What I liked
It was a flexible job with an amazing manager. I was able to meet some really awesome families with really fun kiddos.
What I wish was different
I wish that it could have been more accommodating with where you were scheduled each week for camps, but I understand that it doesn't work out that easy every time.
