Absolutely loved the environment, fun events that I got to represent SMACK at, hands on opportunities/tasks and the team was so welcoming.

Advice
Go above and beyond in your work - even the small tasks that are just housekeeping and greeting people who come in. It made a huge difference in my experience and my rapport with the team.
