What I liked
Smuggs is a wonderful, family friendly place to work. Everyday is filled with fun activities and there is never a dull moment. Great for people who love to be outside and stay active.
What I wish was different
Things can sometimes be a little hectic or unorganized. At times counselors can be spread a little too thin.
Advice
Being comfortable working with large groups of children is essential. A positive attitude and flexibility are a big help.

What I liked
I absolutely loved everything about my job. Every day I got to create a fun environment while teaching the kids about a subject that I am passionate about. I also formed memorable relationships with many of the families I met through the camp!
What I wish was different
There defensively could have been better advertisement of the theater programme to help draw in more kids.
Advice
Try to create a relationship with every kid in your group every day. The more comfortable they feel around you the more they will want to listen to your instruction.
