I loved being able to have an impact in this company through my ideas and opinions. Working in a start up allows you to wear many hats and allows you to have an impact.
What I wish was different
I wish that the team worked more together than remotely, but outside of that I wouldn’t have anything be different.

Speak your mind. It’s important to share ideas and opinions because you never know what creative thing could come out of it.
