What I liked

The company culture is so welcoming and friendly. Everyone in the office are hustlers and love what they do. One thing I especially like is the open feedback. As an Inside Sales Intern, you work closely with the CEO, Mark Sorenson. He conducts training on social media and persuasive sales psychology. Everyday he gives you constructive criticism and expresses his desire for your success.

What I wish was different

Advice

Inside sales is a hard job, but working at Social High Rise has been extremely fun. At first, I would stress about talking on the phones in front of the entire office, but one thing Mark as taught me has been to be uncomfortable in the name of progress and success. You will need to get loud and confident to be successful.
