I liked the experience of the friendly welcoming environment and the flow of the marketing staff and how everyone works together to get a task complete in a timely manner.
What I wish was different
I wish sodexo offered a higher pay as a marketing interns.
Advice
I would like to share that I learned although there are a list of things to do, always get the most important things complete first then everything else will follow in a timely manner.

What I liked
I liked that it gave me a further learning into the culinary world. I have taken culinary courses in my past but I missed out on the catering (setting up/tearing down/prep outside the kitchen and catering) aspect because COVID-19 cut the course short. I learned things that I didn't consider was a thing you had to think about in catering. This made me more interested in catering because Ii sowed me how much I don't know about catering.
What I wish was different
Since I was an intern it seemed that the employees and manager didn't know what to do with me. So it was unorganized and most of my time during the internship I was there by myself. I wished that my time could have been more valuable to the company.
Advice
Create bonds, set boundaries, ask questions, learn as much as you can and overall have fun.
