I got to work hands on with horses every day. Working with various background in the equine field and seeing how different riders have different riding experience varying from never risen to barrel racer.
What I wish was different
I wish that the care of the employees was a higher value for this company.
Advice
Don’t get caught up in the summer drama, make friends and work hard. Enjoy living in the Rocky Mountains, go out a do things!
