I liked the work. The environment was also fun at times. The job was definitely not boring.

I wish that the management would provide more opportunities for advancement. It felt as though good workers get punished for the actions of others.
Advice
I would share that good communication skills and social skills are a key to being successful in this position.

The attitude of of the female manager could have been improved.
Advice
Don't work for a minimum wage job that you're not happy with. You can make that anywhere so don't settle for less.
