“The hours are flexible to the schedule of the individual and there are options for changing hours if needed. For example, students have the option to have a split schedule to make room for working the same amount of hours in the day while fitting in time for classes. The co-workers are friendly and supportive of individual workers' personal progress, and the environment is positive. Lastly, the job is very fulfilling, knowing that what you are doing is helping to improve the quality of people's lives by helping them communicate over the phone.”
