I loved that I had a variety of experiences. I did some Accounting, Marketing, and IT work all in the span of the entire summer. Each day brought new projects and challenges that I really felt as if my voice was heard each time I had an input or opinion.
What I wish was different
I would not have changed a thing.
Advice
Do not underestimate your value to your employer. I quickly found that I had a lot more experience with technology and social media compared to the older employees. I was able to give value to the broker's team by simply explaining how social media worked and how I believed we should be utilizing it to market properties.
