No experience is needed in any field. The staff is supportive and kind. They often encourage you to learn more! You can tell him 2 weeks in advance if you plan to go somewhere without getting billed.
What I wish was different
I wish he would assign fixed schedules but since people often have varying schedules he quickly adapts by giving last-minute schedules.
Advice
I think that it is a good experience for college students. He is a good employer who is aware of students' responsibilities.
