Lots to learn about an interesting industry

What I wish was different

There was little to no training on how to actually make sales. All of the entry-level training focused on how to accurately size and price solar systems and then you were kind of on your own.


Don’t get caught up in how much money they tell you you can make. Those numbers are for the much more experienced reps with a full pipeline. You have to start your own pipeline from scratch and it takes a long time.
