I liked how flexible the scheduling was. It was almost an all female office, which was a new and exciting experience for me. The work was mainly project based, so when I finished a project, I was able to start working on something new.
What I wish was different
Sometimes around a holiday, it would be uncertain if the office would be closed for the holiday until a couple days prior. Fortunately, I could ask off whenever, but if I had planned on working that day, it would have been unfortunate.
Advice
Make sure to bring your lunch or be prepared to deal with a lot of traffic for anywhere close.
