SpectraCare Health Systems is a regional community-based system that provides mental health, substance abuse and intellectual disability services in Southeast Alabama in Barbour, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston Counties. SpectraCare, formerly known as Wiregrass Mental Health Board, was established in 1968 under Act 310 of the Alabama State Legislature. SpectraCare is certified to provide services by the Alabama Department of Mental Health. We work with various state and local agencies to provide needed services to the citizens of our five-county area.
